In pregnancy lavender oil can be added to a bath to help soothe away pregnancy aches and pain and relieve stress.
Add a tablespoon of mother s bath oil under warm running taps.
Some mums recommend adding tea tree and or lavender oil for their antiseptic.
To aid sleep place a tissue with two drops of lavender oil on it next to your pillow or add a couple of drops to a burner and place in the bedroom for 15 minutes before going to bed.
